Fees, Payment and Cancellations

Fees

• Individual therapy sessions last about 50 minutes at a rate of $175. Certain insurance plans can be billed directly. *see insurance section below.
• Three-hour KAP sessions cost $525 and include a light snack at the end of the session, as well as use of blankets, eye-shades, a customized curated playlist, and high-quality headphones during the session.  
• Group KAP sessions and Integration sessions coming soon
• Cost associated with meeting with a prescriber and obtaining ketamine are billed separately through Journey Clinical 

Payment

You will be required to put a credit card on file prior to your first appointment.  Your card will automatically be charged on the evenings of your sessions. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover as well as HSA/FSA cards.  

Cancellations

Cancellations must be received at least 48 hours in advance of session so your appointment time can be offered to another client.  If you do not cancel, or notify of cancellation before the 48 hours, 

your card on file will be charged half the amount of your scheduled session cost.

Clients with multiple cancellations will be required to find alternate treatment providers.
